AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND-CHARTER AMENDMENT
The WCC board has endorsed the charter amendment to reinstall the .3% income tax that was removed in 2020. Most of the revenue will be used for financing projects affordable to citizens earning 30% AMI (average medium income) and up to 50% AMI. - Attend Woman’s City Club’s Public Forums, held several times a year, often in collaboration with other community groups, are designed to raise community awareness, inform voters, encourage debate, and promote advocacy on current issues and other topics. Check the home page and calendar for upcoming programs and forums.
